Exfoliating Body Glove

A centuries-old bathing ritual, made beautifully simple.

Rooted in the tradition of the Turkish hamam, the kese is a woven exfoliating glove used to gently lift away dry, dead skin during bathing.

This version is crafted from 100% natural tree-bark yarn and woven on traditional semi-automated wooden looms. Unlike rigid synthetic mesh, the plant-based fibers absorb water and soften as they become wet, creating a flexible texture that moves comfortably over the skin.

The dual-sided weave offers two levels of exfoliation: use the striped side where a little more polishing is wanted and the softer side for gentler, all-over use.
