SUBSCRIPTIONS
Select Naked Goat Soap Co. products may be available through Subscribe + Save.
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring orders and charges according to the delivery frequency you select at the time of purchase. Your payment method will be stored securely by our payment and subscription providers and charged for each recurring order.
MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You may manage your subscription at any time using the subscription-management link provided in your order or subscription emails.
Depending on your subscription, available changes may include updating your delivery schedule, changing your payment or shipping information, skipping an upcoming delivery, or cancelling future deliveries.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation applies to future subscription orders. If an upcoming subscription order has already been processed before your cancellation is submitted, that order cannot be guaranteed to be cancelled.
If you need assistance with an order that has already been processed, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@nakedgoatsoapco.com.
Cancelling a subscription does not affect any order that has already been fulfilled or shipped.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
Subscription orders are subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.
Because of the personal-use nature of our products, all sales are final except in cases involving damaged, defective or incorrect items, or where otherwise required by law.
