SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and ship from our studio in Hanover, Virginia.

SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout and may include USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail.

Complimentary standard shipping is available on orders of $125 or more, unless otherwise noted.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin once your order has been accepted by the carrier and do not include our processing time.

During holidays, product launches, sales, severe weather, or other high-volume periods, processing or carrier transit times may be longer than usual.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information at the email address provided with your order.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your tracking information after your shipping confirmation is sent.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@nakedgoatsoapco.com. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfilment.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address and needs to be reshipped.
