EVOLUTION
Naked Goat began in 2014 with a batch of handcrafted soap and a curiosity about what I could make with my own two hands.
More than a decade later, I'm still making things, and still curious.
Soap was where I learned to pay attention. To ingredients. To texture. To the difference between something that simply works and something that makes an ordinary part of the day feel a little more special. Eventually, that curiosity led me beyond soap and into body oils, candles, home fragrance and perfume.
Through all of that evolution, scent became the thread connecting everything.
I became fascinated by the way fragrance changes with its surroundings, how it blooms in the warmth of a shower, settles differently against skin and transforms again when carried through a room. The more I learned, the more I wanted to understand. Today, I develop Naked Goat fragrances in-house, building them not simply around a list of notes, but around a feeling, a memory or a place I want to return to.
I still believe deeply in the things that started Naked Goat, thoughtful ingredients, small-batch production and taking the time to make something well. Our goat milk soaps still cure for eight weeks before they leave my studio. Products are formulated, poured, blended and packed with the same attention I've given them from the beginning.
The collection has grown. My craft has evolved. But the reason I make any of it hasn't changed very much.
